The hotel is fashionable, fancy, and pretty. The staff is really friendly and super-friendly, always with a smiling face. There is a variety of good food available for meals. The location is particularly good, not far from several restaurants and Springfield.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Springfield. The room was updated and had a pull-out bed, along with useful amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.

The hotel was a fantastic stay for a business trip. The location was marvelous, really close to nearby restaurants, the interstate, and food places. Easily accessible in the Springfield area.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for our daughter's visit to Cedarville University. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we lost our room key. The room was quiet, despite hosting volleyball teams. The decor was nice and the bathroom was huge, with great amenities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was convenient, with a good church nearby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pillows were wonderful and bed was soft. A/C was nice and cool although a bit on the noisy side. Location was perfect for traveling to Westcott House (Frank Lloyd Wright museum).

There was an ant crawling on the nightstand. The refrigerator was frozen over and useless, although the staff was helpful in replacing it quickly with a working refrigerator. The Kleenex box was nearly empty, front desk replaced it. Quality of bath gel and shampoo was mediocre. Window could have been bigger.

Full-time beverage station in the lobby and ease of wifi connectivity. Decor was updated and very attractive. Far enough from the highway, but still very accessible. Several restaurants nearby.
